Dr. Sarah Berg, DNP, FNP-C

Owner/Medical Director

Dr. Sarah has 13 years of nursing experience, with the previous 9 years of her career dedicated to Medical Aesthetics. Her foundational knowledge in this field was built working for two very busy plastic surgery practices in the greater Seattle area until she moved back to Missoula and continued to pursue her passion for facial aesthetics and skincare. Her passion lies in providing the best care for patients through facial balancing and natural outcomes, as well as training other medical professionals in their injection technique.

Dr. Sarah has always dreamed of owning a specialized medical aesthetics and wellness practice that focuses on customized treatment plans for patients to slow the aging process and preserve their unique and natural beauty. She believes all patients deserve to feel and look like the healthiest, most natural version of themselves. Dr. Sarah is humbled to assist so many patients by increasing their confidence and self-appreciation. Her foundational ethics are driven by the most up-to-date and safest injecting techniques, which reflects in her constant journey in continuing education in aesthetics to bring the best treatments for her practice.

Emily Carroll

Practice Manager, Executive Assistant, Medical Assistant

Emily was born and raised in Montana and has called Missoula home for over ten years. She earned a BA in Psychology along with three additional years of pre-medical education from the University of Montana. Emily has over five years of experience working as a Cardiac/Respiratory CNA and as an Emergency Medical Technician.

She has been in the field of medical aesthetics since 2022 and is dedicated to continuously learning, growing, and expanding her expertise to better support her team at Bespoke Beauty.

Stefanie Scott

Aesthetic RN

Stefanie was born and raised in Montana. She has 15 years of experience working in the medical field, 10 of which have been with her RN license. She has worked in Internal Family Medicine, Occupational Health, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient Eye Surgery. After her many years in nursing she has decided to pursue her passion in Aesthetic Medicine.

In her time away from work, Stefanie loves to cook. travel, and spend time outdoors with her husband, two wonderful kiddos, and their two adorable dogs.

Hannah McGrath

Aesthetic RN

Hannah is a Registered Nurse who splits her time between Community Medical Center in the NICU and at Bespoke Beauty. Her medical aesthetics career began in Missoula in 2022, and since then she has enjoyed continual expansion of her knowledge in this field. She is truly passionate about both her hospital and medical aesthetic roles as a Registered Nurse, it truly fills her cup being able to help individuals in such different ways. When she is not working, she loves floating the rivers in Missoula, going on long hikes, spending time with her people, and doing lots of self-care.” A few Jot Form changes

Kristen Willert

Lead Esthetician

Kristen is a Licensed Esthetician with experience in clinical aesthetics and makeup artistry. Originally from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Kristen attended Purdue University where she earned a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and Supervision while playing collegiate softball. Once in Missoula, Kristen pursued her true passion and attended esthetics school. Kristen takes pride in balancing luxury and ultimate relaxation with clinical results in each facial she provides. She enjoys making her clients feel confident whether that’s through custom skin plans, skillful makeup artistry or emotional support. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her playing golf with her husband Mitch and traveling to be with family. She is also a proud dog parent to her rescue pup, Penny.

Megan Sturm

Licensed Esthetician

Megan grew up in the beautiful Seeley Lake, MT. Watching her parents run a business, she learned how to work hard and has turned that toward her passion in esthetics.

After a semester at UM she decided college wasn’t for her and took a year off to find her true passion. She wanted to help people feel confident and beautiful about themselves, inside and out. She attended Montana Skin Academy and graduated in June of 2019 with an esthetician license and microdermabrasion endorsement.

When she isn’t making her clients feel beautiful, you can find her spending time with her husband, family and friends at the lake on their boat or curled up by the fire with her cute pups.

Leah Komlofske

Patient Care Coordinator

Leah was born and raised a Montana girl! She joined our team about a year ago after being a long term patient of Sarah’s and fell in love with the esthetic world and team! She is one of our front desk receptionists and loves getting to know each and every person that walks through the door of Bespoke. When Leah isn’t on the clock she enjoys slangin’ joe at Liquid Planet as the owner of the North Reserve location. She also loves drinking a glass of wine while watching the bachelor with her dog Stella.

Nicole Scoles

Licensed Esthetician

Nicole is a Montana native born in Billings and relocated to Missoula for college.

Since graduating from the university with her BFA she fills her time with art, travel, nature and loved ones. Nicole went from being a patient of Sarah’s years ago to greeting the beautiful faces that walk through our door. Her platinum service training and 14 years in the service industry give her the experience needed to care for our patients. She’s new to the world of medical aesthetics but excited to bring her colorful charm and hard work to the industry.
